At Food Truth, we want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made through foodtruth.app or any Food Truth product or service.

Food Truth is a product of Ajes Global Inc., a California C Corporation (referred to in this policy as "we," "us," or "our").

The Short Version: If you purchase any Food Truth product and change your mind within 7 days, email us at hello@foodtruth.app and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

Our 7 Day Refund Window

All Food Truth purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date. This includes:

If you decide that Food Truth is not for you within the first 7 days after your purchase, contact us and we will refund your payment in full. We do not require a reason, and we will not ask you to justify your decision.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at hello@foodtruth.app with the following information:

Please include "Refund Request" in the subject line of your email so we can process it quickly. We will confirm receipt of your request and begin processing within one to two business days.

Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 10 business days. After we issue the refund on our end, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different card, bank account, or payment method.

After the 7 Day Window

After 7 days from your purchase date, all sales are final and we are generally unable to issue refunds. However, we understand that unusual circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration after the 7 day window has passed, please contact us at hello@foodtruth.app and we will review your case individually. We reserve the right to issue refunds outside the standard window at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you experience any issue with your purchase or are unhappy with Food Truth, please contact us directly at hello@foodtruth.app before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. We will do our best to resolve your concern quickly and fairly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in loss of access to Food Truth services and may prevent future purchases with us.

Promotional Codes and Discounted Purchases

Purchases made using promotional codes, discount codes, or special pricing are fully eligible for refunds under the same 7 day policy. You will receive a refund for the actual amount you paid, not the original list price.

Free Scans and Unlock Codes

Food Truth offers 10 free scans to all new users, and certain promotional unlock codes may grant extended or unlimited access during our pre launch period. These free features are not purchases and are not subject to refund, as no payment was made.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Any changes to this policy will only apply to purchases made after the updated effective date. Purchases made before the change will be governed by the policy that was in effect at the time of purchase.
